Tasks

Leading Planning and Monitoring activities at site level.

Baseline Schedule Preparation, Updation & Tracking on monthly basis.

Prepare and Submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.

Progress Monitoring and Update it on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.

Conduct Progress review meeting, MOM preparation & Circulation to all concerns.

Resource Planning as per site requirement.

Prepare Micro level plan, look ahead plan, Catch-up plan & monitoring it accordingly.

Analysing Efficiency of Equipment & Manpower for Productivity improvement.

Monitoring Time cycle and Productivity for all activities.

Prepare & Submit Project completion report.

Prepare Power Point Presentation for Internal & Client review meetings.

Prepare Method Statement & Construction Sequence for all major activities.

Track cost monitoring of project - Budgeted Vs Actual.

Maintaining client correspondence and letter reply.

Design coordination with HO / Consultant for submission and drawing approval.

Solving Onsite construction difficulties in discussion with designer.

Approved drawing distribution at site for smooth execution of works.

Maintain Subcontractor Co-ordination for smooth progress.

All Major Materials & Bought Out Items Procurement Indent, Follow up with HO and

Vendor for delivery of materials on time. (Reinforcement, Liner Plate, Rock Boulder,

Cement, Admixture, Sand, Aggregate, Curing Compound, Shuttering Oil, Xbloc Mould,

Fender, Bollard, Crane rail, Ladder, Navigational Aids, Building finishing materials and

MEP items)
