Unloadbox - Mongo Database Administrator

Position Summary :

• Experience on MongoDB database installation, configuration and management on AWS EC2.
• Knowledge of routine Backup and point in time recovery.
• User and role management
• Experience on mongo replication and sharding
• Performance tuning, database optimization and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of mongo database upgradation and migration
• Understanding of JSON or mongo :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Masters degree is a plus (but not (Preferred but not mandatory) :
• MongoDB Certified DBA Associate / Professional
• Linux or Cloud certifications (AWS / GCP / Azure Database Skills :
• Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (on-call rotation).
• Good communication skills to coordinate with developers, DevOps, and management.
• Strong documentation skills (for SOPs, architecture diagrams, migration guides).
• Analytical mindset for capacity planning & system design.
