Project Role Description : As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling full-stack solutions by contributing to multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. You will perform continuous testing throughout the application lifecycle, focusing on security, API, and regression testing. Additionally, you will create automation strategies, automated scripts, and provide support for data and environment configuration. You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts in the end-to-end testing process.

Summary

As a Quality Engineer (Tester) , you will work in an agile environment, enabling high-quality delivery through continuous testing. This includes performing security, API, and regression testing, as well as creating and executing automation scripts. Your role will contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, through active participation in code reviews and defect management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Independent Performance & SME Role : Expected to work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Team Collaboration : Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Test Case & Script Development : Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Root Cause Analysis : Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Test Automation : Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
• Quality Assurance : Participate in code reviews and ensure that proper testing procedures are followed for all releases.
