We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within our organization.
As a key player, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-performing solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow applications and integrations with external systems
- Define and enforce platform governance, including coding standards, development frameworks, and release management processes
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend enhancements to existing implementations
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers and system administrators
- Participate in agile delivery teams and support DevOps processes and continuous integration pipelines
- Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration patterns
Requirements
11+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including 4+ years in technical architecture and designStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practicesHands-on experience with major ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOpsProficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, and Flow DesignerExpertise in building Service Portal and UI Builder experiences on the platformExperience with integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID ServersBackground in AI and GenAI tools on the ServiceNow platformFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsSkills Required
