Job Description

The ideal candidate for SAP BTP Senior Staff Engineer will have extensive expertise in SAP BTP global account and subaccount setup and administration, integration solution architecture, and hands-on experience with various integration technologies. They will play a pivotal role in designing integration patterns, guiding developers, and overseeing the implementation lifecycle of projects.

Job Description

• Be up to date on latest SAP technology stack and act as strategic advisor to product and business teams on how to leverage SAP products and tools
• Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
• Guide the engineering team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards and best practices.
• Ensure technical integrity of projects, making sure that common technical elements are leveraged, and that work is not duplicated
• Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition.
• Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with their solution components and be in alignment with their roadmap.
• Hold self and others accountable to the committed deadlines and ensure successful deliverables
• Act as a mentor, coach, and provide training to engineers and consultants by sharing solution and technical expertise
