What you will do :
Automation Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows for lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.
- Automate sales outreach sequences using tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AdRoll, Zapier, etc.
- Manage CRM automation processes — from lead capture to deal stage transitions.
- Integrate multiple systems (CRM, email marketing, website forms, analytics, etc.) for a unified automation pipeline.
Lead & Campaign Management
Implement targeting and drip email campaign for website visitors, recurring users, and past customers.Create and manage trigger-based workflow to follow up with potential resellers and enterprise customers.Work with the marketing team to align ad campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.Data & Reporting
Maintain clean, accurate, and segmented lead data in CRM.Analyze funnel performance and campaign efficiency using dashboards and reports.Continuously monitor automation performance and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to define lead scoring models and nurturing stages.Support the development of automated onboarding and renewal workflows for existing partners.Liaise with tech teams for integrations between internal systems (CRM, billing, email tools, etc.).Requirements
