Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager located in Gurugram. The TA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in Recruitment Strategy and Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing and Interviewing
• Experience in Recruitment Lifecycle Management
• Skills in Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage recruitment metrics and reports
• Relevant experience in human resources or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
