About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer & Social Media Manager with strong D2C experience to handle nano influencer collaborations (≤15K followers) and manage all brand social media channels. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on with content formats, and able to drive both influencer-led growth and organic brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Nano Influencer Marketing (≤15K Followers)
- Identify, onboard, and manage nano influencers & UGC creators (up to 15K followers).
- Build long-term relationships with cost-effective creators.
- Negotiate deliverables, barter deals, and timelines.
- Manage briefs, content approvals, campaign execution & payouts.
- Track influencer performance : engagement, reach, conversions & ROI.
2. Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute the brand’s social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Create or coordinate content (Reels, static posts, stories) aligned with brand tone.Post regularly, track trends, maintain platform hygiene, and respond to comments / DMs.Repurpose influencer and UGC content for brand pages.Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.3. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for both influencers & social media.Track KPIs : engagement rate, follower growth, reach, clicks, conversions.Optimize influencer mix and content strategy based on performance data.Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing + Social Media in a D2C brand.Proven experience working with nano influencers (≤15K followers).Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, UGC content & viral formats.Ability to ideate, script, and manage content shoots.Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple campaigns & daily posting schedules.Knowledge of basic design / reel editing tools is a plus (Canva / CapCut).
