Sr. Operation Manager - Marketing– Full-Time

Location : Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary : ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 / month ( based on experience)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 45 AM – 7 : 45 PM

Work Mode : On-site (No Work from Home)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle clients with professionalism.

What You’ll be doing :

• Manage and lead the internal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Handle client communication and ensure a smooth operations process.
• Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Training and aligning the team to their own campaigns and targets
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports, track progress, and share updates with management and clients.
