To help drive / expand codeless automation and AI agent development (MicroAzure OpenAI, Agent, etc.) in the QA org.
Needs a testing background.
This position could be nearshore or offshore.
Focus on AI skills and ability to uplift team with new tech.

Summary :

We’re seeking an AI Champion to accelerate codeless automation and agentic AI workflows in QA. The role blends a strong QA / testing foundation with hands-on AI enablement, leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and codeless automation platforms to improve speed, coverage, and quality.

Responsibilities :

Introduce AI-driven patterns for test design, data generation, and regression authoring

Standardize and scale codeless / no-code automation tools

Prototype and deploy AI agents for QA tasks (e.g., drafting test cases, log triage)

Define governance : prompt templates, logging, evaluation metrics, and safety guidelines

Coach QA engineers via playbooks, workshops, and pairing sessions

Track KPIs (coverage, authoring speed, defect detection) and iterate

Required Qualifications :

3–6 years in QA / QE with strong fundamentals

Hands-on experience with codeless / no-code test automation (Tosca, mabl, Katalon, etc.)

Practical LLM usage (prompting, evaluation) and exposure to Azure OpenAI Service

Ability to create enablement materials and coach teams

Nice to Have :

LangGraph / LangChain experience

LLM evaluation frameworks

Responsible AI practices (PII handling, safety filters)

CI / CD familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

Persona

Curious, adaptable, and able to evangelize new tech

Comfortable bridging QA and AI / ML concepts
