Technical Support Engineer

industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional
technical assistance and customer support , troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional
technical support
to end-users and clients.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve
software and hardware issues
effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve
complex technical problems .
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions in the system.
Deliver excellent
customer service
while maintaining strong client relationships.
Communicate clearly and confidently in both
written and verbal
formats.
Requirements
Experience :
1–3 years in software support, IT help desk, or a similar technical role.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Languages : Must be fluent in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Skills :
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Schedule
Timings :
8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST
(equivalent to 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST)
— rotational shifts.
Work Type : On-site
(Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
