Job Objective :
To oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the cafeteria site, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management
- Supervise daily cafeteria operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of supplies.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and train cafeteria staff including chefs, servers, and cleaners.
- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Experience
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food items.
- Promote menu items and seasonal offerings to boost engagement.
- Financial Oversight
- Track daily sales, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the head office.
- Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen and service areas.
- Maintain documentation for inspections and certifications.
