Job Description
This role will focus mostly on banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner willing to take on any task and a good problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with banks for banking operations
- Assisting with daily cash management across various bank accounts
- Producing daily MIS on liquidity
- Obtaining 15CA / CB
- Preparation of weekly payment summary
- Review of employee claims
- Credit card management
- Licenses procurement
- Producing monthly payment reports for accounting
- Assisting with the execution of financing deals
- Assistance in Daily Portfolio Transfers, Investor Repayments, EMI Repayments.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts
- Prepare and record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close.
- Assist with timely payment of all statutory dues
- Partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management and contracts management
- Assist the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Assist with the preparation of monthly cash projections
- Assist with annual external audit, completing requested materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Masters in finance or related areas1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar positionExperience in handling banking transactionsFluent in spoken and written EnglishHighly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirtyExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenGood grammar, spelling and punctuationDriven by data and highly analytical, a good understanding of Excel preferredBenefits of Joining
