Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
• Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities to ensure timely payment from providers.
• Minimum 1 year on paper Team leader Experience
• Team managing, Team handling, Leadership Experience
• US Healthcare experience (keywords : Provider, AR Collections, Denial management, Healthcare RCM, Cash Application, Credit)
• US shifts with 5 days working
• Salary : upto 7 Lpa
• Job Location : Thane Ashar IT Park
