We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined SLAs.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through feedback and process improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Typing speed of 25–30 words per minute (WPM) is mandatory.
Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule :
For Male Employees : 9 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
For Female Employees : 9 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Weekly Off : Rotational (except during training)
Training :
Paid training will be provided at Mohan Estate before joining regular operations.
Training will cover all operational processes, tools, and customer handling techniques.
During training, Sunday will be the only off.
