Senior Product Designer

Job Title : Product Designer Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Onsite – Indore

We’re hiring a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an offline, full-time role for someone who loves crafting user-centric, scalable, and visually polished digital product experiences.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Product / UI / UX Design

Strong command over Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Portfolio showcasing impactful web / mobile product design work

Strong understanding of product thinking, design systems, user flows, and interaction design

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, content, and business )

Good communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail

Key Responsibilities Design user-centric product experiences with a focus on usability and impact

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes , and high-fidelity UI designs

Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life

Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and usability testing

Build and maintain design systems and visual guidelines for consistent brand identity

Iterate rapidly based on user behaviour, product performance, and team feedback
