Key Responsibilities :
- Drive student enrollment by actively promoting programs and converting leads into successful applications.
- Provide personalized counselling to students and parents on study options, admission procedures, visa processes, and career pathways.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel — inquiry, application, documentation, offer, and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, agents, and partners.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular reporting on conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a smooth admissions experience.
- Support junior advisors, acting as a mentor or team lead where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)3–6 years of proven experience in student recruitment or education counseling (international exposure preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong sales or target-driven mindset with the ability to close enrollmentsFamiliarity with education systems in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or EuropeWorking knowledge of CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital toolsWillingness to travel domestically / internationally as neededSkills Required
