Finance and Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP including cash, bank, and journal transactions.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B.
• Manage TDS , PF , ESIC , and PT calculations and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable .
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting .
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase bills, job work entries, and service transactions.
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare sales invoices , bank guarantees, and salary / bonus calculations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing-related financial regulations .
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management .

Qualifications & Skills :

experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) is a plus
