Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes . The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.
- Employee Relations :
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
- Manage disciplinary matters, including investigations, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&aposs degree preferred).Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of discretion and integrity.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.Skills : human resources,recruitment,hris,hr policies
