Job descriptionExperience in aviation & aerospace industry. Strong understanding of aircraft systems & structures. Expertise in manufacturing & assembly processes (structures, equipment, systems). Skilled in routing & SOI creation / updates. Proficiency in technical drawings (AIRINA) & 3D models (3D Juump). Knowledge of Airbus standards (AIPS, AIPI). Working knowledge of SAP (manufacturing & logistics). Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with professional proficiency in English. Project Management experience. Familiarity with Final Assembly Line (FAL) environment. Experience with AR, IC & S03 experience processes. MS Office proficiency. Proactive mindset.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer / Lead Engineer with strong expertise in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering processes, aircraft systems, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and optimize manufacturing & assembly processes for aircraft structures, systems, and equipment.
- Create & maintain routing sheets and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) in compliance with Airbus standards.
- Interpret and work with technical drawings (AIRINA) and 3D models (3D Juump) to support production activities.
- Ensure adherence to standards (AIPS, AIPI, etc.) and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, production) to resolve technical issues.
