What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth by proactively tapping into CEOs, Founders, CHROs, CFOs, and Investors through structured outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Strategize and execute business development initiatives across organic and inorganic channels to build a strong and consistent deal pipeline.
- Set up and lead high-quality meetings with decision-makers along with transaction teams to understand office space needs, expansion plans, consolidation strategies, or investment goals.
- Work closely with internal transaction teams to convert relationships into mandates and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
-Corporate decision-makers
-Startup founders and leadership teams
-Investors and asset owners
- Identify new partnership opportunities with developers, landlords, channel partners, and ecosystem players.
- Track outreach, conversations, and deal progress in a systematic, process-driven manner.
- Continuously experiment with new ways to grow the business — outreach scripts, targeting strategies, partnerships, and referral loops.
Apply if you
- Have 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, business development, sales, leasing, or client acquisition
(Real estate experience is a plus)
- Are comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders (CXOs, founders, investors) and holding confident, intelligent conversations.
- Enjoy opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch.
- Think strategically about how businesses grow, not just how deals close.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and real decision-making freedom.
- Value accountability, hustle, learning, and personal growth.
- Are polished, articulate, and confident in English (spoken and written).
