Were now looking for a Social Media Manager to plan, create, and execute engaging content that connects with parents deeply.
Youll own the calendar, coordinate with creators, adapt reels, carousels, and statics, and track what works all in a warm, modern, relatable tone.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the monthly social content plan across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Brainstorm and develop creative brand campaigns and performance ads, that drive traction.
- Oversee a high volume of content production review briefs, coordinate with video teams, designers, and copywriters, and ensure all output sticks to brand tone and quality.
- Coordinate for or write if required engaging copy and hooks for short-form and long-form posts.
- Use AI tools smartly to boost research, idea generation, or faster copy drafts where relevant while ensuring human creativity and brand tone come first.
- Track performance across channels; analyse metrics to optimise content, influencer collabs, and campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends and experiment with fresh ideas, formats, and new platforms to keep Zevo ahead of the & Skills :
- Postgraduate / MBA.
- Min 3 years of experience managing social media for a D2C brand or parenting / edtech startup.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short video formats, and hooks that drive engagement.
- Excellent writing skills in simple, relatable English; Hindi knowledge is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with Canva or simple design tools to make quick edits.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven not afraid to experiment.
- Past experience of working with agencies or; freelancers for shoots and edits is a plus.
- The working hours would be 10 AM to 7 PM with a 6-day work week.
