Position Overview

The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, usability, and accessibility of our web and mobile applications. This role emphasizes manual testing with a particular focus on Accessibility Testing in alignment with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 and Section 508 standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with accessibility tools and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing to validate product functionality, usability, and consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct Accessibility Testing in compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 and Section 508 guidelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects and accessibility issues using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business analysts to embed accessibility best practices throughout the software development lifecycle .
• Validate and re-test defect fixes and accessibility improvements before release.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and accessibility checklists .
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure proper test coverage and early issue detection.
• Support integration, regression, and system testing phases.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on user experience and accessibility enhancements .
