Software Development Engineer III - Android Applications

Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Description : (Mandate Skills)

• Experience and Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, RxJava
• Experience in Android SDK, Architecture Patterns like MVP, MVVM
• Experience in Android Architecture Components like WorkManager, Room, ViewModel, LiveData, Life cycle aware components
• Experience with Android Database, SQLite, ORM concepts & frameworks
• Experience in Android Styles, Themes and Custom Views to build Generic Design System
• Experience across all API levels of Android SDK, Debug & Test tools, AAPT and AVD Manager
• Knowledge of Android UI / UX best practices and design standards
• Experience in Algorithms, Data-Structures, GIT, SVN, Gradle
• Knowledge in Testing Frameworks like JUnit, Mockito and Espresso, CI / CD frameworks like Jenkins, Travis CI or Circle CI can be added advantage.

Team Size : Current team size of tech team is 65+

Overall Comp Strength : 220(full time) and 300(consultant)

Interview Process : 4 rounds( 3 rounds of technical discussion and Final round with the HR).

Target Companies : B2C fintech companies, app based product companies, edtech companies

Location : Bangalore(Currently following a hybrid model)
