Process Design & Governance
- Identify and bridge process gaps across departments
- Standardize and implement effective operational workflows
- Define governance models and partner with teams for smooth execution
Quality Assurance & Audits
Conduct internal audits and compliance assessmentsInvestigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actionsEnsure alignment with ISO, CMMI, and other regulatory frameworksContinuous Improvement
Drive cross-functional process improvements and efficiency gainsPromote a lean, agile, and quality-focused work cultureReporting & Metrics
Establish and monitor KPIs across departmentsShare insights to improve overall performance and accountabilityProcess Automation
Collaborate with IT to digitalize key business processesDefine functional specs and validate system implementationsTraining & Compliance
Deliver quality and compliance training across teamsStay up to date on regulatory changes and maintain audit readiness✅ What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Business (Master’s preferred)8+ years in process management and quality assuranceDeep understanding of ISO standards (esp. ISO 9001), CMMI, and audit methodologyCertifications like ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) preferredFamiliarity with digital tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in IT Service company.
