Role & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple civil and construction projects from planning to execution.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Monitor on-site work to ensure safety compliance and adherence to design specifications.

Manage procurement, material planning, and contractor billing.

Resolve technical issues and provide on-ground leadership to ensure project success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum

6+ years of experience

in civil or infrastructure project management.

Proven experience handling residential, commercial, or urban development projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD).
