Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead coach and develop a team of system administrators analysts and specialists.
  • Establish clear objectives measure team performance and drive accountability.
  • Provide professional development and mentorship to build Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.

Revenue Systems Oversight

  • Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and other integrated tools that support the revenue cycle.
  • Partner with IT and the Center of Excellence to prioritize design and deliver system enhancements.
  • Ensure system processes align with business needs compliance standards and best practices.
  • Oversee documentation governance and change management across revenue systems.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Enablement

  • Work with Sales Services and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Manage project intake prioritization and delivery timelines for system initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies through effective use of Salesforce and related applications.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT ensuring alignment within the Agile framework.
  • What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
