Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead coach and develop a team of system administrators analysts and specialists.
- Establish clear objectives measure team performance and drive accountability.
- Provide professional development and mentorship to build Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.
Revenue Systems Oversight
Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and other integrated tools that support the revenue cycle.Partner with IT and the Center of Excellence to prioritize design and deliver system enhancements.Ensure system processes align with business needs compliance standards and best practices.Oversee documentation governance and change management across revenue systems.Collaboration & Strategic Enablement
Work with Sales Services and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.Manage project intake prioritization and delivery timelines for system initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies through effective use of Salesforce and related applications.Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT ensuring alignment within the Agile framework.What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Key Skills
