Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager Sales to drive business growth in the Facility Management (FM) industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding service offerings, and managing key accounts across verticals like corporates, manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities in the Facility Management domain, including soft services and hard services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers across industries.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, proposal development, pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to operations.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR, legal) to ensure customized service offerings and smooth client on-boarding.
- Prepare business proposals, RFP / RFQ responses, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain strong pipeline tracking using CRM tools and provide sales forecasts and market insights to leadership.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes affecting the FM industry.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance market visibility and brand positioning.
Desired Profile :
Experience : 6 to12 years in B2B Sales, with at least 5 years in Facility Management or Integrated Services.Proven track record of winning mid-to-large scale FM contracts and managing long sales cycles.Corporate Sales / B2B Sales experience in Healthcare & Education segmentStrong understanding of commercial contracting, cost structures, and SLA-based service delivery.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, manage targets, and lead cross-functional engagement.Well-versed in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.Educational Qualification :
