Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on delivery
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and documentation requirements
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a productive team environment
Desired Candidate Profile :
Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in Agile / Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologiesExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similarLeadership and team management skills with a results-oriented mindsetSkills Required
