Job descriptionEducation : Degree in Design or related field (Either pursuing or completed) Research : Experience in conducting user research and usability testing UX design : User empathy, thorough understanding of design principles UI design : Experience in creating hifi design prototypes Visual design : Proficiency in creating visually appealing interfaces; conceptual understanding of typography and color theory is a bonus Figma : Proficiency in Figma is a must Adobe Tools : Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus A monthly stipend Directly working with the founder Opportunity to work as a part of a team on a real world project
Location : 100% Remote
Start Date : Immediate
Duration : 1-3 months (based on performance)

Responsibilities
- Map user journey and design user-centric designs which are visually compelling
- Collaborate with other designers and developers in design review
- Conduct usability testing
- Iteratively improve the design according to the feedback received from the users and the team
