Title : Systems Engineer- SaaS Platform

Position Type : Contract

Location : Offshore Remote (India)

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description :

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our SaaS ecosystem. In this role, you will manage and optimize multiple enterprise SaaS applications, ensuring smooth operations, strong security, and enhanced user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

SaaS Ecosystem Management :

  • Administer and support key SaaS applications including project management tools, intranet platforms, feedback & survey systems, enterprise search tools, and communication hubs.
  • Manage user permissions, integrations, and system configurations to ensure alignment with business needs.

User Lifecycle Management :

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of users across SaaS platforms.
  • Manage roles, groups, and permissions to maintain a secure and seamless user experience.

    • Process Improvement & Automation :

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate routine processes.
  • Optimize SaaS tool configurations to improve efficiency and usability.

    • Support & Training :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user issues related to SaaS tools.
  • Create and deliver training resources to enable effective platform usage.

    • Vendor & Security Management :

  • Work with SaaS vendors to resolve escalated issues and evaluate new features.
  • Partner with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

    • Data & Analytics :

  • Monitor usage metrics and generate insights for leadership.
  • Provide recommendations to maximize ROI from SaaS investments.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

    Experience : 3+ years of administering enterprise SaaS applications.

    Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of SaaS management, system integrations, and user : Proven troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

    Automation / Scripting : Experience with tools like Python, Zapier, or similar automation frameworks.

    Security Knowledge : Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and access management best practices.

    Soft Skills : Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Certifications : Relevant certifications in SaaS platforms are a plus.

    Mindset : Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about improving digital workplace experiences.
