Job Overview About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with a proven track record in leading large, cross-functional engineering teams and driving enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on with PHP (Laravel) , React , Python , and Java , and has deep expertise in code review processes , CI / CD automation , and scalable system design .

This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Shopify-integrated applications , ensuring high availability, performance, and clean engineering governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Lead a multi-skilled engineering team (backend, frontend, and DevOps) across multiple parallel projects.
• Architecture & Development : Design, develop, and optimize full-stack solutions for WMS and Shopify-based systems.
• Code Governance : Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce clean architecture, modular design, and adherence to secure coding practices.
• CI / CD & DevOps Ownership : Build and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.Collaborate with DevOps to implement containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Integration Expertise : Manage and extend Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third-party logistics integrations.
• Team Management : Mentor, guide, and scale a large team of engineers — setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, and building succession depth.
• Technical Strategy : Work with product and delivery leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Operational Excellence : Drive continuous improvement across performance, maintainability, and automation maturity.
