Job Description
Develop and maintain a robust MIS system to support CNE’s sales, marketing, and administrative functions with accurate, timely, and actionable data.
Responsible for collecting, validating, and collating data into meaningful and accurate MIS reports such as P&L, budget vs. actuals, sales trends, expenditure, and cost analysis.
Generate SKU-wise, distributor-wise, ASM-wise, and region-wise performance reports to aid business reviews and strategic planning.
Manage onboarding of Sales Officers on Field Assist by collecting beat and distributor details from ASMs and ensuring proper registration and system setup.
Update schemes, price structures, and SKU details monthly as per communication from Brand Heads, ensuring accuracy across reporting systems.
Ensure SOs’ and ASMs’ attendance data is properly captured through SFA, integrated with ZOHO People, and shared with HR for payroll processing.
Act as an interface between Sales, Marketing, Accounts, HR, and Operations by facilitating smooth data flow and reporting across functions.
Safeguard company data through proper backup, system security, and compliance with internal control processes.
Provide insights and reports to support decision-making for senior management including ASM, RSM, ZBM, Brand Heads, and CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field. MBA will be advantageous.
1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or business analytics within the FMCG industry. Prior experience with sales data analysis, ERP systems, or SFA tools (Field Assist / Bizom) is preferred
Basic understanding of FMCG industry operations and sales processes.
Familiarity with MIS practices including data collection, validation, and reporting.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools, and HR integration platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management.
Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of organizational data.
Strong collaboration skills for coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, and HR teams.
