We are looking for energetic, passionate, and focused professionals to join our fast-growing Branded Content Production team. This is a role that calls for a dynamic team member with a deep understanding of production, creativity, and strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next wave of branded content across Digital and Broadcast Television platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Bring strong coordination, and team management skills to drive projects and people forward.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of execution and accountability.
• Lead the team with the Head and supervise them to achieve goals conducive to the organization's growth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Sales, Strategy, and Editorial teams to ensure all branded content production aligns seamlessly with campaign objectives and client expectations.
• Creative Direction & Strategy Provide clear creative vision and strategic direction to elevate brand campaigns. Innovate on production decks for brand collaborations and bring new ideas to life with a deep understanding of client needs.
• Content & Production Standards Maintain high production standards across a variety of content formats—TV, Digital, Short-form, Long-form, LIVE, and Post-produced. Ensure consistent quality and impactful storytelling across platforms.
• Ideation & Campaign Development Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique and engaging branded content campaigns that deliver value for clients and the network alike.
• Events & On-ground Experience Bring prior experience in managing and executing branded on-ground events, seamlessly integrating them into larger campaign rollouts.
