Role Description We are looking to hire a brilliant candidate for the position Head of Interior Experience and Hygiene to join our dynamic team with the idea of transforming the way we provide the best-in-class comfort and hygiene across all our routes. The ideal candidate will ensure top-class comfort and hygiene on all our routes. Key Responsibilities Build and implement SOPs for bus interior hygiene across all terminals. Oversee cleaning operations across both in-house teams and outsourced partners. Conduct routine inspections and quality audits. Ensure a consistently comfortable and passenger-friendly onboard experience. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree with specialization in hospitality. Proven experience in a similar role, managing a large fleet of buses. Strong leadership skills with expertise and experience in building and managing high-impact schedule. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizing skills. Key Requirements 10 - 12 years of extensive experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent Time Management Skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fairly ambiguous atmosphere and under minimal supervision. Additional Infromation Fast-paced office environment. Frequent travel may be required. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
