We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Program Manager to join in a mid-level capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong ownership, strategic clarity, and operational execution skills. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives, support strategic planning, and ensure alignment across business units in a fast-paced IT services and consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Design & Execution
- Support in designing and executing strategic programs across service lines and geographies.
- Develop frameworks and operating models to translate vision into structured execution plans.
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with delivery, sales, and support functions to ensure operational alignment.
- Identify gaps in execution and propose structural improvements.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Ownership & Stakeholder Management
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure responsiveness.
- Maintain a humble, service-oriented approach while driving outcomes.
- Analytical & Structural Thinking
- Apply structured thinking to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to support decision-making.
- Create models, workflows, and documentation to support strategic clarity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.3–7 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or strategy roles.Exposure to CXO-level engagements or working in a corporate strategy / PMO function.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Required Skills
