Job Description :

We're Hiring : Salesforce Sr. Developer / Jr. Architect

Location : Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days WFO)

Experience : 8+ Years

Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office per week)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to solution design in collaboration with senior architects.
• Hands-on development in Salesforce with a focus on CPQ, CLM, and custom implementations.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality architecture and development solutions.
• Validate solutions and own the end-to-end implementation across domains.
• Align technical designs with both short-term and long-term business goals.
• Build and manage custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams in using Salesforce and associated business tools.
• Design robust integration frameworks (cloud-hosted or client-hosted systems).
• Collaborate across global teams; non-IST work hours may occasionally be required.
