Job Title : Partner Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Support
• Guide partners through API integration processes (Job Postings API, reporting APIs, XML ingestion).
• Respond to support queries via Zendesk using predefined playbooks.
• Troubleshoot API errors, analyze logs, and identify root causes.
• Technical Tasks
• Use tools like Postman, curl, and command-line utilities for API testing.
• Perform configuration tasks in LinkedIn’s internal systems.
• Assist with certification by reviewing partner implementation videos against test cases.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Manage multiple customer threads simultaneously.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the full-time program owner when necessary.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers.
