Job descriptionSupport statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial control processes as per Indian regulations and group standards. Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for finance operations. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and working capital processes to ensure efficiency. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-border teams to support regional reporting and finance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA / ACCA / CPA (completed or pursuing) preferred. 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or compliance. Working knowledge of IFRS, Indian accounting standards, and taxation. Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global environment
