BIM Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural drawings, building information modeling (BIM), and construction drawings. Additionally, the role involves handling submittals and ensuring all architectural plans meet regulatory standards. The BIM Architect will work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Submittals and regulatory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in the financial and construction industries is a plus
