Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute global marketing strategies tailored to our targeted customer base (Large Mfg. Companies, OEMs, System Integrators and EPC) in the industrial Automation sector.Support market positioning & growth plan for Manufacturing Digital Transformation portfolio in India, Middle East and specific Global regionsCreate marketing campaigns that showcase the value and impact of our engineering services, solutions offerings to key stakeholders in Process and Discrete industries.Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adapt marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities in the global market (focusing US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pac).Lead Generation & Digital Marketing : Drive lead generation efforts by developing and executing targeted campaigns across digital channels (SEO, social media, email marketing).Leverage data analytics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up, aligning marketing campaigns with the sales pipeline.Brand Management : Manage and enhance the global brand positioning of Sarla Advantech in the Industrial Automation Engineering Services and Solutions market.Oversee the development of content that aligns with our technical and solution-oriented offerings, such as case studies, white papers, and technical articles.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication channels.Customer & Market Engagement : Develop customer success stories, testimonials, and project highlights to demonstrate the value of our services and solutionsEvents & Partnerships : Plan, organize, and manage participation in global industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events targeting EPCs, OEMs, and System Integrators.Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the effective execution of global marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements
Min. 5+ Year experience in the Industrial Automation / Engineering Services / Mfg. Solutions industry. Persons only with Product marketing experience not preferredExperience on building Unique Value Proposition / Differentiator / Solution positioning etc. is requiredCreative thinker with the ability to craft technical messaging for engineering services and solutions.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media management.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, ZOHO, Salesforce)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience of leading / managing team
