Role Overview

The Head – Marketing & Communications will own Advaint’s brand, marketing, and communication strategy — from positioning and go-to-market launches to digital engagement and partner marketing. A blend of strategic storytelling and hands-on execution, this role is ideal for a senior marketing leader from tech, real-estate-tech, or IoT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Advaint Brand & Communication Strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Lead product launches with integrated ATL / BTL / Digital / PR campaigns.
  • Build a digital marketing ecosystem — website, social, performance, and analytics.
  • Drive content creation — brochures, videos, success stories, PR, and internal communication.
  • Manage creative, media, and digital agencies; track campaign ROI.
  • Develop partner marketing programs with developers, integrators, and architects.
  • Build and mentor a small in-house brand & content team.

Desired Profile

  • 10 – 15 years’ experience; at least 5 years leading brand or marketing in Smart Tech / IoT / Real Estate / Premium Consumer Tech.
  • MBA / PG in Marketing or Communication.
  • Proven record of launching products and building premium brands.
  • Excellent storytelling, design sensibility, and digital-first mindset.
  • Hands-on, creative, analytical, and comfortable working directly with founders.
