Responsibilities :

• Contact hotels in the UK and Europe to inquire about their travel packages and availability.
• Manage hotel reservations and related backend operations.
• Handle international calls and coordinate with hotel representatives.
• Ensure seamless communication and maintain accurate records of bookings.
