Responsibilities

In accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position will :

Lead the end-to-end development and commercialization of software (SaaS) solutions, from conception to product launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define project requirements, scope, and milestones.
Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and budgets to execute software projects efficiently and within set timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of commercially viable software solutions.
Utilize Agile or other relevant project management methodologies to facilitate efficient product development and iterative releases, focusing on delivering value to customers.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market analysis, and strategic business goals.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance product development and delivery processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for alignment with business objectives.
Champion the delivery of high-quality SaaS products by overseeing testing, quality assurance, and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve their highest potential and contribute effectively to project success.
Effectively use Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools and processes, such as Visual Project Management, Risk Register, Daily Management, Problem Solving and Kaizen, to accelerate product delivery to the marketplace
Participate in the planning, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Project Priority List (PPL), as part of Lean Portfolio Management.
Exhibit and lead on the “Fortive 9” set of core behaviors : Customer-obsessed, Adaptable, Delivers Results, Strategic, Leads with FBS, Innovates for Impact, Inspires, Exhibits Courage, and Builds Extraordinary Teams

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's) preferred.

Related Experience :

8+ years of relevant experience in program management, with a focus on SaaS product development and commercialization.

3+ years development in the Medical Device industry field (preferred);21 CFR 820, ISO13485

Proven track record leading the successful launch of commercially viable SaaS solutions, from inception to market.

Experience working in Agile and / or Lean methodologies to drive efficient and iterative product development.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and technology trends.

Demonstrated success in the management of large, global, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects in Engineering / Technical field.

Experience launching new products to market from concept to launch

Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience with process improvement and metrics

Track record of leading others in reaching their highest potential, encouraging others to pursue challenging goals and to challenging the status quo to develop breakthrough solutions

Metric driven attitude with high level of accountability for performance

Proficient in Project scheduling software (i.e. Microsoft Project), Microsoft Office and Visual tools (Miro)
