Job Title : Commercial Executive

Location : Delhi

Experience : 3–5 Years

Industry : Fire Rated Door / Building Material / Construction / Hardware Industry

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Executive
to handle day-to-day commercial activities, vendor coordination, and online portal management, specifically with
L&T and other contractor / client portals
. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, good communication skills, and familiarity with documentation and tender management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and update

L&T portal

and other client / vendor portals (e.g., uploading documents, tenders, purchase orders, billing status, etc.).

Coordinate with

clients, contractors, and internal departments

for commercial documentation and approvals.

Prepare and maintain

commercial documents

such as quotations, work orders, agreements, and invoices.

Handle

purchase orders

, follow up on billing, payments, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Monitor and track

project-wise billing

, reconciliation, and payment status.

Support the

sales and project teams

with commercial documentation and cost analysis.

Ensure

timely submission of documents

like BGs, insurance, statutory certificates, and vendor registration forms.

Maintain proper

records and reports

for audit and management review.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent).

3–5 years

of experience in commercial operations.

Hands-on experience managing

L&T or similar corporate vendor portals

Proficient in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and document management.

Strong understanding of

billing, taxation (GST, TDS)

, and commercial compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Experience in

construction, doors, hardware, or building material industry

preferred.
