About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer to build and maintain the backbone of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing scalable AWS environments, automating deployments, and ensuring reliability, observability, and compliance across production systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own infrastructure end-to-end and collaborate closely with development teams to enhance velocity and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable deployments.
• Manage and scale AWS ECS / EKS clusters for containerized workloads.
• Implement strong observability practices — monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production reliability.
• Ensure platform security and compliance with standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Continuously optimize AWS usage for better performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to improve delivery velocity and build self-service tools.
• Support incident response , root cause analysis, and postmortems.
