Dreamcast - Senior Product Engineer - Node.js / React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will own the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications and services. You will work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and cross-functional teams to build innovative products that drive business growth and enhance user Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Node.js for backend and React.js for frontend development.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code following best software engineering practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support product features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve code quality and development processes.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and contribute to technical Skills and Qualifications :
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Webpack, and modern JavaScript tooling.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
