Banking Channel , and we’re looking for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with banks and scale MF + Insurance distribution.
Role Overview
This is a
success-based compensation role . Ideal for a senior professional who has strong relationships in the banking ecosystem and wants to grow with a high-growth fintech by driving partnerships and earning attractive performance-linked payouts.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard banks (Urban Co-op, Gramin, Small Finance, etc.) as channel partners
Create and set up co-branded investment desks inside bank branches
Train staff in each branch to sell mutual funds and insurance products
Drive monthly MF & Insurance targets via bank employees
Maintain strong relationships with senior bank leadership
Build a scalable banking channel model
