Job Title : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Location : Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai Experience Required : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support design, development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise across core HCM modules, strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud tools, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical components Build integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, HSDL, OIC Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data conversions Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis & resolution Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convert to technical design Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts Ensure secure development and adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices Participate in testing cycles including SIT & UAT support Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development Hands-on with : HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL BI Publisher Reports / OTBI Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC / ICS / SOA) Fast Formulas (basic to advanced) Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting (any combination) Strong SQL, PL / SQL and debugging skills Experience in data migration, reporting & security framework Good To Have Oracle HCM Cloud Certification Experience with REST / SOAP Web Services Exposure to Oracle VBCS Knowledge of HR business processes Soft Skills Strong communication & analytical skills Client-facing experience Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Why Join Us Work on latest Oracle Cloud HCM implementation & enhancement projects Career growth through training & certification support Collaborative and learning-focused culture
