Operations Specialist [19 / 10 / 2025]

Role :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our P&C Insurance team. The role involves ensuring policy transactions are rated, booked, invoiced, and issued accurately while adhering to corporate service standards. The specialist will manage transactions across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), collaborate with internal teams, and maintain compliance with reporting and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Policy Transactions :
• Process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy, efficiency, and in alignment with corporate service standards.
• Line of Business (LOB) Knowledge :
• Work across multiple LOBs including Package, Property, Workers’ Compensation (WC), Auto, General Liability (GL), and Excess. A proficiency of 80% across six lines of business is expected.
• Transaction Screening :
• Review transactions to determine appropriate processing. Refer to underwriters when needed and handle transactions within delegated authority limits.
• Quality Verification :
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards by verifying all policy transactions.
• Data Reporting :
• Submit policy data promptly and accurately to third-party agencies, such as ePlace Registration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Partner with Accounting and Audit teams to resolve policy-related queries and issues efficiently.
• Document Management :
• Maintain documents in electronic imaging systems by printing, page-marking, and labeling per corporate protocols.
